Our Projects
At various moments in time, different projects come to life in response to imminent necessities and joys. Some projects have had a shorter duration such as Christmas gifts while others are continuous, such as providing monthly ration bags for widows. Any devastation or circumstance allows an opportunity for us to creatively meet the needs of the times.
Ration Bag Distribution

Ration Bag Distribution : Widows(ers)
We have a continuous ‘Ration Bag Distribution,’ which aims to assist widows(ers). Many elderly exist in our communities who do not have enough support or funding for even three meals a day. We support around 40 individuals with rations that last upto a month.
Ration Bags : Covid Relief
This project rose out of the growing food insecurity catalysed by the job insecurity due to Covid_19. Many of our beneficiaries belong to the population that exist beneath the poverty line, often working within the daily wager population. This demography has no financial security in the case that they are unable to work. Often their source of income is just enough to cover the bare minimum of their living expenses. As the pandemic has raged across the world, we have been able to support close to 1,500 families with ration bags impacting approximately 6,000 individuals. Many of these individuals are from slums, lines areas or villages.
Tricycle Project
Background on Projects
We noticed these two individuals walking on their hands from place to place in the Bangarpet and K.G.F area. Initially we provided hot meals for them, however this clearly presented itself to be insufficient. So the project to provide tricycles seemed to be the most effective. The Tricycle on the left is brainchild of our president. He designed and built it piece by piece, tailored to the needs of our beneficiary.
Christmas Parcels

Our Project Target
Annually we have a Christmas Parcel campaign, in which we target children from impoverished environments to bring them a gift for the season. In this bag they have all the needs for a new academic year alongside some fun toys and snacks.
With the onset of Covid the year proved to be extremely difficult particularly for children. School was not in session in India for most of 2020 and a lot of our children stem from a demography that hardly have access to any alternative method of education. These Christmas bags were so timely as the children in Karnataka and most other states started school from the first week of January. Now irrespective of their parents financial stability 1,000 children received a bag, with great stationary, toys, lunch boxes, water bottle and snacks to bring in the new year.
